For our Prague based team, we are looking for a part time executive assistant, who will report to the head of Consulting and work along with the team for our international clients in the EU & US.
Part of the work can be delivered remotely.

Scope of Work:
- Assist our head of Consulting with ongoing administrative agenda
- Support other Consulting team members
- Support with preparation of presentations and content
Responsibilities:
- Support executives and other team members with standard office agenda
- Plan meetings, maintain important deadlines
- Back office management (purchase of office supplies, etc)
Qualifications:
- Fluent English
- Fluent Czech
- Easy going mindset
- Experience working in the international environment (optional)
